Creative Lessons- Our lessons are creative, adventurous, enlightening, and fun... most of all we tailor your lesson to your needs. With a background in both english and western disciplines, Meghan will help facilitate a wonderful, relaxing, supportive atmosphere for you to learn in. Our lessons are designed with all ages in mind. We can assist you with your riding or driving goals. Using "hands on" techniques and great listening skills we think you will enjoy every moment of your lesson. Whether you are a beginner level rider eager to learn the graceful styles of dressage, english/western pleasure, or an intermediate rider who is looking to enhance your current skills, Meghan can help you to learn and train in this wonderful sport with the skill, expertise, patience, and experience that makes her an ideal choice of a licensed riding instructor for both adults and children.
- Meghan also firmly believes in the importance of developing a true connection with the animal, resulting in calm, happy, and responsive horses, and strongly incorporates such beliefs in her teachings. Additionally, Meghan teaches with a vast emphasis on fun, safety, good sportsmanship and building confidence, which is evident in all of her students as well as their horses. Her lessons don’t stop there! She also strives to help all of her students develop good horsemanship skills in order to become knowledgeable, and independent riders/horse owners. This includes understanding horse management issues such as health care, recognizing and handling emergencies, nutrition, soundness, learning the horses body language, safe horse handling, tack fitting, hoof care, clipping, and nearly everything else that is associated with horses.
- Meghan currently trains with FEI trainer Danielle Gavriluk. Meghan has ridden with Danielle for several years, and has also worked closely with Danielle as an apprentice gaining many opportunities to ride exquisite Hanoverians imported from Germany, handle and groom horses at the upper level thru FEI shows. Danielle has been and continues to be a wonderful mentor and friend. Thank you Danielle!!!
Meghan is constantly renewing her knowledge by working with well respected masters in the equestrian world, so that she may continually bring her students her new fresh information for the greater learning. She attends clinics, symposiums and trains with the best of the best.

Working here with Clay Maier at a clinic
Maine. The horse is 4 yr old "Victoriana"
who was graciously donated for us to
work with longlining.
Training- We specialize in young horse development & strengthening skills with mature horses, correct aids, reward & discipline. We incorporate a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods in our training. Long-reining is used frequently with the young and mature horses as it is an effective, gentle, confidence builder, that is appropriate for any horse , any discipline. Trail riding or "ponying"is woven into the program to stimulate the brain, and keep training from being redundant. We also enjoy facilitating great horse human relationships.
