 We are celebrating 10 years together this year and are happy to share how far we have come.
We were in love at first sight and never looked back. We have laughed, we have cried, we have been through thick and thin, and we are more in love today than the day we met.
Michael grew up drag racing at the strips, building and customizing cars, trucks and motorcycles. Over the years he has won numerous awards, trophys and shows and been featured in motorcycle magazine- most notably "Easy Rider". He also owned and operated a towing business for over 20 years. Today he loves his big trucks, motorcycles, and horses, and enjoys bike week vacations. He also shares a similar passion for horses with his wife Meghan and together they enjoy the benefits of an equine and agricultural connection. He is very creative and loves designing, building, and maintaining all new projects around the farm!
Meghan grew up in rural Maine on an organic farm where she began her early riding career at 4. By age 16 she bred and raised her very own competition horse "D'Artagnan with whom she later evented and learned many notable lessons with. She met some amazing horse people along the way including trainers, clinicians, and friends that helped shape the equestrian direction her life would take her in.
Today she operates with her husband an amazing riding retreat and training facility. She also enjoys riding and competing her horses, and riding motorcycles with Michael.
 
We love where we came from what we have created and looking forward to the future. We are both patriotic Americans who proudly fly "Old Glory" and the "Gadsden Flag" over our home." Don't Tread On Me"
  
Together Meghan and Michael offer several exceptional services that will compliment any discipline and preference. Services they offer are:

 About

Meghan Hamilton Yallen C.E.M.T.

 

Meghan is a Certified Equine Massage Therapist, Mass Licensed Riding Instructor, and Coach.

An experienced horse woman, she contributes most of what she has learned, to the great coaches and teachers she has had in her life.
 These experiences have given her a vision to continue to help guide horses and people to a balanced, happy career and life.             
 
 
 
 
 
An avid rider since the age of 4 Meghan began training with 2 wonderful, talented trainers and coaches
 including: International
centered riding instructor Judy Cross Strehlke and Carole Rose.
 
Always continuing her education she has also attended clinics and trained with with Dottie Morkis, Karl Mikolka,  Clay Maier, and Michael Poulin  and has been a long time student of  Danielle Gavriluk.
Meghan attended the University of Maine, where studies included Equine Reproduction & Management, as well as completed her Massage certification at the "Western Montana School of Equine Massage".  Meghan has been teaching her exceptional students for 14 years and counting. Many of her life experiences have contributed to her vast knowledge, including many years of showing, training, breeding, riding , and driving. Her passions include: enjoying dressage, trail riding, driving horses with her husband, teaching and specializing in Long Lining, Dressage, mounted European lunge lessons, and the love of life!

 Meghan is a MA Licensed Riding Instructor, Certified Equine Massage Therapist, and experienced enthusiastic horsewoman.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 About Our Horses

 

 Farrah- is our 5 yr old belgian mare we  use for lessons.

She rides and drives and will help a rider develop more confidence. She is patient, kind, willing, and has the longest blonde eylashes you have ever seen!!

 

 

 

 

 

Madison- is our 7 year old Friesian mare. She was Keurred(inspected) in 2009 and accepted into the studbook for breeding. She has been under saddle for  4 years now.

Warn 335- Has very powerful gaits, vivid charachteristics, power.

 

Frans 289-is one of the last of the rare Age line.

 

**NEWs- Madison is in foal to Sipke 450! We are expecting May 10,  2012!

 

Pocket Mouse-is an 15 year old Shetland pony. He is used for children's lessons and pony parties.

 

He is the cutest thing you have ever seen. Smart and witty he will have you in love with him in a minute.

 

 

Maverick-

is a 2 year old  Miniature Horse. He will not grow any taller than this which makes him perfect for pony parties!

 

 

 

 

Garth- is our 5 yr old Belgian gelding. He has ridden and ground drives, mostly he is a huge Labrador puppy /walmart greeter. He absolutely loves attention, and willingly will accept it from anyone who will give it to him. He loves to play and will entertain you as well!
